This week, we are looking at integration of breathing, abdominal and pelvic floor activation with lumbar spine stability. We are looking to see if our spinal flexion can create a sense of deep work right where it should be felt - in our abdominals - and not in the neck or hips.
So far, we have had really nice results in calming down the hips and feeling the tummy work at a deeper level. Come and join us to find out more!
