VIDEO CLASSES​

I offer pre-recorded classes for anyone who misses a scheduled class when they have paid for a block.

 

You can also purchase classes for your use at home.

Every term, I have a new theme - for example, HIPS, FEET and CORE, or SHOUDERS and HANDS.

​

Pre-recorded classes are £11 per class and are available to use for one month.
