I am very excited to share with you the schedule of classes - online and in-person - for September 2021 onwards.
I am now also running a Qigong, meditation and breathwork session on Fridays over Zoom. It's great for grounding, connecting into your body and getting your stress levels down. I absolutely love Qigong and would be thrilled to share the benefits of it with you.
