Let's talk about dozage of exercises. Have you ever felt that if you do a few too many repetitions, your pain resurfaces and you have "overdone it" and feel like it's set you back again?
That's because you have unwittingly exceeded your tolerance level to this activity. This does not mean that this activity needs to be avoided, just that you need to do fewer repetitions.
- Dozage can be worked out with your practitioner or by yourself
- There can be a bit of trial and error
- You need to stop BEFORE you feel any compensations starting in your body
