This autumn in our movement therapy classes, we are working towards a classic Pilates exercise - the Teaser.
The Teaser is a fab exercise but can be a tricky one to master and requires a lot of core control and coordination to get right - but there are also amazing benefits from doing the preparation exercises for it. You don't have to do the full shape to get really strong.
We are going to break it down stage by stage and work on this for the 7 week autumn term block.
