On Fridays, at 1:30pm, I am running "Relax and Reconnect".

45 minutes of QiGong movement, meditation and breathwork to relax and ground you ready for the weekend ahead.


Come and join us, let your mind settle and reconnect into your body and breath. It is great for relieving stress, tension and getting really grounded.



First session free as a trial, £7 thereafter.
