I am a highly qualified Pilates and Movement Therapist. I am passionate about the human body and dedicated to helping others diagnose and overcome reasons for their bodily aches and pains.
With over 6 years experience, and a huge amount of learning undertaken all the time, I get results by knowing the anatomy of movement, understanding how pain affects us, respecting connections across the whole body, and - above all - getting my clients to rediscover enjoyment in movement.
On a personal level, I have overcome many health problems and restored my own mobility. Having learned all these skills, I bring them to you so you can benefit.
