My name is Kaye Woodgate. I am dedicated to guiding you through a holistic approach to recovery and fitness that not only enhances physical strength but also promotes your overall well-being.
I work with peri- and post-menopausal women to help them restore their core and pelvic floor function. It is an amazing job, my calling in life, a direction borne from past personal struggles with my own health. Problems that left me in pain, struggling to walk and desperate for an improvement. Having overcome these challenges, I now bring you my unique blend of holistic skills based on movement, applied neurology, the latest rehabilitative techniques, integrating these with emotional health work to provide a body-mind centric approach to wellness.
