WORK wITH mE

I teach 1-1 in person and online.

Working in-person is the most effective way of getting bespoke attention your body deserves.

I offer a priority "Gold" package for really drilling down into specific challenges and getting results in a targeted way.

This includes:

- Bio-mechanical assessment

- Neuro-Kinetic Therapy tools as needed

- Core stability and breathing review

- Movement therapy exercises

- Homework exercises after each session

This can take several sessions (up to 6) and we are complete when we meet out target success criteria that we agree at the outset.

Cost: £399 (online or at my premises).

Subsequent individual sessions cost £52

Home Visit for 1-1 Work

I also offer home visits to your home location.

Cost: £65 within a 5 mile radius of Wimborne.

Extra mileage and time charge might apply depending on circumstances.

Q: Are online sessions effective?

A resounding YES to that. I have spent most of 2020 and 2021 perfecting the technique of remote working. So much so that many of my clients are perfectly happy to stay online, even as lockdown eases, as they are getting the full benefit of my attention without having to leave their lounge.

1-1's are remarkably effective as I use a combination of Pilates therapy and NeuroKinetic Therapy ®  in a remote setting to get the best out of our work.

Neuro-kinetic therapy

Neuro-Kinetic Therapy® (NKT) is a modality that allows us to swiftly identify and unravel bodily compensation patterns.

Much of the pain and imbalance that we experience is due to these patterns which are stored in the motor control centre in our brain. NKT uses a sequence of challenges and soft-tissue releases to resolve these patterns at their source. Through following the prescribed corrective strategies, we reinforce the new movement patterns and switch you away from the sub-optimal ones no longer serving you.

This method addresses new, recurrent and long term issues alike and stops you chasing pain, instead going to the true underlying cause of it.

I am proud to be NKT Level 2 certified and am currently working towards my Level 3 (advanced) certification.
