I am thrilled to bring Restore Your Core (RYC) to Dorset. 


This programme offers women of all ages the much-needed ability to improve the function of their abdominals, pelvic floor and lower back areas.


I came to RYC through my own postnatal journey to heal my midline and quickly realised that this is something that is an amazing multi-faceted approach to women's health.


Here it is, a modality that blends yoga, Pilates, rehabilitative movement, mindful relaxation and the sheer joy of movement. I am now a Certified RYC © teacher myself.


And I practice what I preach, as I still love the exercises even though I have done the programme several times over myself already!

I have made tiny tweaks to the programme so I would truly own the way I teach it, incorporating Pilates Therapy and all the extra training I have received - so Core Restore Therapy was born. Why not book a trial class which runs on Wednesday evenings in Wimborne?
