About the Event

In this workshop, we will literally walk through the way we walk - to understand what our feet do - and see how this links in with what our pelvises and pelvic floors do.

And we will review some in-depth points:

- Can the way we walk affect our pelvic floor?

- Can our feet influence our core strength and stability?

Have you heard the term "pronation"? Maybe you heard that pronation is bad for us, perhaps? - that is not the case. Come and find out why!

What happens with excess pronation? Can anything be done? - we will talk about that, too, and do some exercises.

Why do bunions form? - what a great question to discuss! let's talk about that.

What is the reverse of pronation? is it good? - It is called supination. We need both of these. Let's chat about why, and do some exercises for the extreme supinators amongst us.

Have questions in advance? Sent them to me at kaye@move-beyond.co.uk

See you at the workshop!

To your health,

Kaye
